I'm working on the Virtual Cell at GenBio AI, a world model of the cell built to simulate, predict, and design biological behavior across scales.

My work centers on biological foundation models: aging & senescence, graph learning, AI scientists, and sequence models for DNA and protein.
I completed my PhD in Machine Learning at Carnegie Mellon University, advised by Ziv Bar-Joseph and Barnabás Póczos, focused on applying machine learning to biomarker discovery for cellular senescence, a driver of aging. I also hold an MS in Machine Learning from CMU and a BA in Computer Science & Mathematics from AUBG.
Previously I worked on drug discovery at Sanofi and Genesis Therapeutics.
